PUASAR025 Undertake confined space rescue

UNIT INFORMATION

This unit of competency suits people from the emergency services, volunteer organisations and/or organisations where confined space work is performed. Permits may be required to perform work in a confined space in various jurisdictions.

Students must provide a copy of PUASAR022 Participate in a rescue operation and PUAFIR207 Operate breathing apparatus open circuit as they are pre-requisites for this unit.

On successful completion of the training program Students will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for PUASAR025 Undertake confined space rescue, PUAFIR306 Identify, detect and monitor hazardous materials at an incident & RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined spaces.
